Antique Carisbrooke Castle Engraving Print Duo in Vintage Frame, Isle of Wight Scenery

Two small antique tonal black and white engraving prints, mounted in one frame (vintage). Ready to hang.
Prints from the 1800s. Frame circa 1990s.

One print depicts a castle frontage with wall and gate to the foreground, cattle and a farmer. Small integral border with title 'Carisbrooke Castle' and artist/engraver's names H. Gastineau and W. Woolnoth. The other print is a bird's eye view diagram plan, to scale, of the castle with parts named along the bottom of the print. Fascinating pictures. Label on back of frame states 'Published by J & F Tallis. London c. 1840-1850'.
Art Style: Fine, traditional, architectural, historical.

Frame Details:
Prints mounted on muted darkish green board. Moulded wooden frame edges in rich brown colour with fine grain markings, very dark brown moulding lines, and gold colour inner edges. Glass to front. Hardboard back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal tab for hanging. Some of the rear fittings are newer.

External size, including frame, approx 11 3/4 x 9 3/4 inches, 29.8cm x 24.7cm.
Size of prints only, including borders/titles: Castle scenery approx 5 2/10 x 4 1/10 inches, 13.2cm x 10.4cm. Castle plan approx 5 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches, 14cm x 11.3cm.
Orientation: Horizontal prints in an upright frame.

Condition Notes: The Castle scenery print is excellent with minimal signs of wear. The plan print has multiple small blemish spots mostly along the bottom edge but the main part of the print (the diagram) is excellent. Wooden frame edges have very slight wear/marks but the frame is excellent on the whole.
