Vintage Helmsley North Yorkshire B&W Lithographic Art Print by John Stone 1977, Hand-Signed, Framed

1970s black and white lithographic print of a drawing, mounted and framed to hang.

A scene in Helmsley (North Yorkshire town) with narrow river and riverbanks, stone bridge, houses and buildings, and church to background. Printed title 'Helmsley J. Stone', and a hand-written (in pencil) signature and date 'J. Stone 9/8/77' on the picture. Label on back states 'Signed lithograph by John Stone'. Sketch style artwork.

Frame Details:
Cream board overlay mount. Simple narrow wooden frame edges in light brown with natural grain and very light sheen finish. Glass to front. Hardboard back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal tab for hanging.

External size, including frame, approx 12 1/2 x 10 inches, 31.8cm x 25.5cm.
Size of visible artwork only (the mount aperture size) approx 9 3/4 x 7 6/10 inches, 24.7cm x 19.3cm. Upright.

Condition Notes:
A few slight blemishes on the print. Very slight wear to frame edges. A few slight scuffs on the back of frame. Rest of frame very good to excellent.
