Antique 'Mighty Like a Rose' Baby Art Print by Bessie Pease Gutmann, Frame Size 19 1/8 x 15 2/10 ins

Antique print, in a vintage frame. Print type undetermined. Either a very fine lithographic print or a photogravure engraving print.
Art portrait of a sleeping baby boy with tufty fair hair with a blanket across him. The paper is a light sepia colour and the portrait has very delicate colour tones of brown, very subtle blue, pink and grey. Signature (printed?) of Bessie Pease Gutmann (American artist, 1876-1960), and block printed title and verse 'Mighty like a rose, Sweetest li'l' feller, Ev'ry-body knows, Dun-no what to call him, But he mighty lak a rose', and publisher's name Gutmann & Gutmann NY to the side, all on the print. Printing plate impression to edge of print.
Art Style: Sentimental, traditional portraiture.
Frame Details:
Moulded wooden frame, muted blue-grey colour with grain, and gold colour inner edges. Glass to front. Hardboard back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal eyes, with cord for hanging.

External size, including frame, approx 19 1/8 x 15 2/10 inches, 48.5cm x 38.5cm. Horizontal.
Condition Notes:
Print excellent on the whole with minimal wear/marks. Glass has a fine scratch line under the surface (cannot be felt) on the right side. Slight wear, scuffs and small indent marks to frame edges. Rest of frame very good to excellent.
