Vintage Antique Hand-Painted Engraving Print, Cartoon of Schoolboy 'Tommy' at Football Match, Framed

Small vintage/antique hand-painted print of a drawing from an engraving, mounted and framed (vintage) and ready to hang.
Cartoon style artwork of a football match with a few older men spectators at the side of the pitch, one of whom is speaking to a boy who is wearing a school uniform (a truant?). The black outlines are printed and the colours are watercolour paints. Printed caption along bottom of print states '"Why aren't you at school, Tommy? There's no half-holiday." "If you please, Sir, I'm wandering in a dazed condition owing to loss of memory."'. Printed signature on the picture, unidentified.
Frame Details:
Muted dusky green board overlay mount. Moulded wooden frame edges, finished in an old gold colour with beading to inner/outer edges, and a black line near inner edge. Glass to front. Hardboard back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal tab for hanging.

External size, including frame, approx 11 9/10 x 9 9/10 inches, 32cm x 25.2cm.
Size of visible print only (the mount aperture size) approx 6 9/10 x 4 9/10 inches, 17.5cm x 12.5cm. Horizontal.
Condition Notes:
Print/artwork mostly very good to excellent but with a little discolouration to the very edges in parts. Small, slight mark near top edge of mount. Frame edges have a few small scuffs, marks and slight wear. Dull scuffed area and small abrasion on the bottom inner moulding of the frame, see picture. Mark on rear board. Other rear fittings and glass excellent.
