Antique Watercolour Painting, 'Bella Iola' Landscape by W. J. R 1903, Vintage Framed (frame wear)

Painting from 1903. Frame circa 1970s-1980s.
Antique original watercolour painting, mounted and framed (vintage). Ready to hang. Appears to be painted on cartridge paper or similar.

Titled 'Bella Iola' (hand-written on back of frame). A rural landscape of hillside with trees and grass, a mountain in the background, and sky above. Gentle muted colours. Folksy impressionist style.
Artist: Signed on the painting 'W. J. R 1903'.

Frame Details:
Cream board overlay mount. Moulded wooden frame edges with old gold colour finish, narrow black inner line, textured pattern next to outer edge, and extremely fine beading next to inner edge. Glass to front. Hardboard back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal eyes with string for hanging.

Size:
External dimensions, including frame, approx 15 1/2 x 11 3/4 inches, 39.5cm x 32.3cm. Size of visible painting only (the mount aperture) 10 1/2 x 7 1/2 inches, 26.7cm x 19cm. Upright.

Condition:
Painting a little yellowed with age all over, plus concentrated yellowing around edge of painting next to the mount edge. Otherwise the painting is very good. Mount very good. Glass has a few tiny scuff lines. Frame outer sides and corners have marks, corner wear and small abrasions. The mitred corners have slight gaps. Rear board and tape have a couple of scuff marks, otherwise rear fittings excellent.
