Age of Item: Print from the 1800s. Frame circa 1980s.
Item Type: Small hand-coloured antique print from an engraving, mounted and framed (vintage), and ready to hang.

Subject / Artist: 'The Minster & The Choir Ruins, Howden, East Yorkshire', as labelled on back of frame. Artist/engraver unknown. A landscape scene with Minster and buildings, a tree, sky, cattle and a couple of people.

Frame Details:
Textured white board overlay mount with hand-drawn line around the aperture. Moulded wooden frame edges, reddish brown with gold colour inner edge. Glass to front. Board back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal eyes, with cord for hanging. Some of the rear fittings are newer.

Size:
External size, including frame, approx 12 1/4 x 10 1/4 inches, 31.2cm x 26.3cm. Horizontal.
Size of visible artwork only (the mount aperture) approx 5 1/4 x 3 4/10 inches, 13.3cm x 8.6cm. Horizontal.

Condition: Slight yellowing to print edges. Wooden frame edges have a few small scuffs and small soft indent marks. Otherwise excellent.
