Depicting the exterior of a traditional warehouse in an outdoor setting. Fine drawn border lines around the edge of the paper. Unsigned.
Art Style: Simple, fine, semi-naive.
Frame Details: Muted brown-grey board overlay mount. Narrow wooden frame, brown with gold colour inner edge. Glass to front. Hardboard back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Plastic fixing for hanging.
External size, including frame, approx 11 8/10 x 10 4/10 inches, 30cm x 26.4cm.
Size of visible artwork only (that is the mount aperture size) approx 7 7/10 x 7 3/10 inches, 19.5cm x 18.7cm.
Orientation: Upright.
Condition: The drawing is very good but the paper is yellowed with age. Slight wear to frame edges. Rest of frame very good to excellent.
