Old fashioned village street scene with a thatched pub named The Ship Inn, two men sitting outside having a drink, narrow street, cottages and trees. Printed signature. Label on back states 'The Ship Inn, Porlock, Somerset by Alex Jawdokimov (b. 1937)', and a publisher's label dated 1987.
Art Style: Popular impressionist, quaint, rustic, idyllic.

Frame Details: Cream board overlay mount. Narrow wooden frame, warm darkish brown with gold colour inner edge. Glass to front. Board back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal tab for hanging. Some of the rear fittings are newer.

External size, including frame, approx 12 6/10 x 10 6/10 inches, 32cm x 27cm.
Size of visible print only (the mount aperture size) approx 9 6/10 x 7 5/8 inches, 24.3cm x 19.4cm.
Orientation: Horizontal.

Condition: Print excellent. Slight wear to frame edges. Rest of frame excellent.
