Circa 1980s (estimated) original watercolour painting, framed. Ready to hang.

A church, buildings, trees, a wall, grass and plants, and a small stream to the foreground. On textured cartridge paper. Gentle colours. Folksy-naive-impressionist style.
Artist: N. Arnold-Craft, signed bottom left.

Frame Details:
Narrow wooden frame edges, brown with gold inner edges. Glass to front. Board back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal eyes with string for hanging. The rear fittings are newer.

Size:
External dimensions, including frame, approx 15 1/10 x 12 3/8 inches, 38.3cm x 31.5cm. Upright.

Condition:
Painting mostly excellent but there are a few small beige spot marks to the lower half. Couple of tiny scuff lines in the glass (under the surface). Couple of small marks to frame edges, otherwise frame excellent.
