Original 1990s vintage watercolour painting, mounted and framed. Ready to hang.

Depicting a church with a wall, headstones, grass and trees, and a house in the distance. Signed 'Shotwick, M Sharp Jan 98'. Painted on slightly textured cartridge paper.
Label in back of frame states 'St. Michael's Church, Shotwick, Cheshire'.
Art Style: Folksy, semi-naive.

Frame Details: Textured cream board overlay mount. Composite frame edges, cream colour with colour floral pattern to front and gold colour inner/outer bevelled edges. Glass to front. Board back on frame with newly tabbed and taped edges, and metal tab for hanging.

External size, including frame, approx 13 6/10 x 11 6/10 inches, 34.5cm x 29.5cm.
Size of visible painting only (the mount aperture size) approx 9 9/10 x 6 9/10 inches, 25.7cm x 17.5cm.
Orientation: Horizontal.

Condition: Painting excellent. Tiny mark on the mount. Frame edges have various scuffs and wear, and the gold edging has mottled wear and scuff marks. See pictures. Rest of frame very good.
