1980s print edition and frame of a 19th or early 20th century artwork.
Colour lithographic print, mounted and framed. Ready to hang. See condition notes.

A rustic cottage interior. A woman holding a baby, sitting next to a cot, with a small dog watching. Large open fireplace with cauldron. Other furniture, stone floor, and window with a potted geranium. Lovely scene. Label on back of frame states 'The Cottage Interior, Glencoyne Farm by A. Heaton Cooper 1864-1929', along with descriptive label from the Heaton Cooper Studio. Printed signature on the picture. The farm is in the Lake District, Cumbria, England.
Art Style: Domestic, genre, rustic, traditional, semi-impressionist.

Frame Details:
Wide edged board overlay mount in brown. Moulded wooden frame, lined old gold colour with some brown and grey. Glass to front. Board back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal eyes, with cord for hanging. Some of the rear fittings are newer.

External size, including frame, approx 15 x 12 3/4 inches, 38cm x 32.5cm.
Size of visible print only (the mount aperture), approx 9 4/10 x 6 6/10 inches, 23.9cm x 16.8cm. Horizontal.

Condition:
Print excellent. Frame edges have general wear, scuffs and abrasions/pit marks. A few tiny scuff marks on the glass. Rear labels a little marked. Rest of frame very good.
