1980s original watercolour painting. Mounted and framed. Ready to hang.

A man sitting in a deckchair (rear view) on a beach. Gentle colours. Impressionist style (the sea is more abstract!). Signed on the painting, E. V. Fewlass 1987. Old hand-written label on back of frame includes title ''Oh! I do like to be beside the seaside', Eileen V. Fewlass'.

Frame Details:
Muted dusky blue board overlay mount. Wooden frame, light brown with recessed front edge. Glass to front. Hardboard back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal eyes with cord for hanging.

Size:
External size, including frame, approx 14 1/4 x 11 1/2 inches, 36.2cm x 29.2cm. Size of visible painting only (the mount aperture) approx 9 1/4 x 6 6/10 inches, 23.5cm x 16.7cm. Horizontal.

Condition:
Painting excellent. Slight wear to frame edges. Rest of frame excellent. Rear label aged.
