A countryside scene of houses, road with arched bridge, small stream/river which widens significantly to the foreground of the picture, hills to background, and sky. Charming folksy, naive-impressionist style. On slightly textured surface, probably cartridge paper.
Artist: Signed Annie Davidson.

Frame Details:
Narrow wooden frame, warm dark-ish brown with gold inner edges. Glass to front. Hardboard back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal eyes with cord for hanging.

Size:
External dimensions, including frame, approx 12 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches, 31.7cm x 26.7cm. Upright.

Condition Notes:
Some marks and little indents in the sky area, otherwise the painting is very good. Slight wear/scuffs to frame edges, and a little indent in the wood on the rear top edge. Rest of frame excellent.
