Circa 1980s-1990s estimated. Original watercolour painting on cartridge paper, mounted and framed. Ready to hang.

Landscape of trees next to a water's edge, with a small basic footbridge and another small wooden structure (a bench or platform?) inbetween the trees. Nice muted colours of browns, beige, greens, grey and subtle blues. Gentle expressionist style. Artist David Coupe. Signed bottom right.

Frame Details:
Cream board overlay mount with fine hand-drawn line around the aperture. Moulded wooden frame edges, warm dark brown. Glass to front. Hardboard back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal eyes with cord for hanging.

External dimensions, including frame, approx 15 4/10 x 13 9/10 inches, 39.1cm x 35.3cm.
Size of visible painting only (the mount aperture) 11 x 9 inches, 27.9cm x 22.9cm. Horizontal.

Condition:
Excellent with minimal wear to frame. The fine hand-drawn border line has variable density.
