Antique paper advertisement, mounted in a vintage frame. Ready to hang.
This is an original ad from a 1922 publication, not a reproduction.
The vintage frame is later, from the late 20th century.

Advertising the theatre show "The Cabaret Girl" by the All-Night Folly Troupe at the Winter Garden Theatre. Picture depicting a full length portrait of the character Little Ada played by Miss Heather Thatcher, in a beautiful outfit and headdress. The picture colours are muted soft tonal greys with soft red accents on the outfit.
Small border around the portrait with printed caption along the bottom border.

Published October 11 1922 in 'The Sketch', as labelled on the back of the frame, along with a descriptive label.

Frame Details: Textured khaki colour board overlay mount. Beautiful moulded wooden frame with relatively wide edges, in darkish brown with nice grain, embossed floral pattern wood near inner edges and stippled gold colour inner edges. Glass to front. Hardboard back on frame with newly tabbed and taped edges. Metal eyes with cord for hanging.

External size, including frame, approx 17 x 14 4/10 inches, 43cm x 36.5cm.
Size of visible print only (the mount aperture size) approx 10 1/10 x 8 inches, 25.6cm x 20.3cm.
Orientation: Upright.

Condition: Advert is excellent for its age. The wooden frame edges have slight wear marks, otherwise the frame is excellent.
