Framed Vintage Paris Art Print, Eiffel Tower, River Seine, Bridge & Boats by Maurice Legendre

1971 print edition of an earlier artwork. Frame circa 1980s-90s.
Colour lithographic print on textured paper or thin card, mounted and framed. Ready to hang.

'Paris - La Tour Eiffel et la Seine' as labelled on back of frame. Printed signature on picture 'M. Legrande'. Tower, river with barges, bridges, trees and sky. Lovely blue-grey tones mostly.
Art Style: Mid Century popular impressionist, atmospheric, romantic.

Frame Details:
Slate blue board overlay mount. Moulded wooden frame, warm brown with gold colour inner edges, and natural dimple marks. Glass to front. Hardboard back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal eyes, with cord for hanging. Some of the fittings are newer.

External size, including frame, approx 15 3/4 x 12 7/10 inches, 40cm x 32.3cm.
Size of visible print only (the mount aperture) approx 12 1/2 x 9 1/2 inches, 31.8cm x 24.2cm.
Horizontal.

Condition:
Print excellent. Slight wear/marks to frame edges. Rest of frame excellent.
