Circa 1980s-1990s original miniature watercolour wash painting with pen outlines, on cartridge paper, mounted and framed. Ready to hang.

Stockwith Mill by Will Illingworth, as labelled on back of frame, and artist's signature on the painting. An outdoor scene near Spilsby, Lincolnshire, of a waterwheel and millhouse on a riverside.
Art Style: Contemporary impressionist, delicate, rustic, folksy.

Frame Details:
Slate green board overlay mount. Wooden frame, warm mid-brown with reeded moulding to edges. Glass to front. Hardboard back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal tab for hanging.

External size, including frame, approx 7 7/10 x 7 7/10 inches, 19.5cm x 19.5cm, square.
Size of visible painting only (the mount aperture), approx 3 1/2 x 3 inches, 8.9cm x 7.6cm, upright.

Condition Notes:
Painting excellent. Slight wear to frame edges. Natural grain variation in the wood, and a small knot to lower inner corner. Rest of frame excellent. Wear to rear labels.
